Delivery of Mailing List Software

Item Description:

Assisting 80 million people in around 80 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

With more than 13,000 employees geographically dispersed, as well as partners partners working on the WFP’s mandate even from remote locations, our Organization is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified companies with expertise in Mailing List Software, which will be used to disseminate email material to different audiences. Participants should meet the following criteria:

• Have a previous, proven track record in the delivery of Mailing List Software. Include examples of the work done with other Organizations/Companies;
• Have specialised staff able to follow WFP during the delivery of this project, as well as to customise the software upon request.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above item;
• Samples of work done with other Organizations/Companies with 5,000 staff or above (max 3 pages);
• Company description and brief summary of experience in the required business (max 1 page);
• Samples of the customisations possible with the tool being proposed (max 2 pages);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
