Provision of Cleaning Services for the EIB – Rome Office

Brief description of the required services

The EIB Rome Office is seeking for cleaning services for its offices, located on the fourth and fifth floors of Via Sardegna 40, 00187 Rome, connected by an internal staircase, for a total space of approximately 1,180 sqm. The scope of the services to be covered by the service contract between the EIB Rome Office and the successful tenderer includes all aspects of cleaning services.

The cleaning company must be able to:

• Provide cleaning services during working days from 06:00 to 08:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00;
• Provide all cleaning supplies and operational material/equipment. All supplies and materials should be eco-friendly;
• Manage, monitor, supervise and organise cleaning services.

Tenderers who have proved that they are not subject to the grounds of the exclusion criteria and have demonstrated the appropriate capacity to perform the contract on the grounds of selection criteria, will be assessed solely on the basis of the award criteria, which serve to identify the most economically advantageous tender, according to the “best price-quality ratio” award method.
