Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, to sign a contract that covers catering services (self-service, cafeteria, brasserie, etc.).
This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: La Muette – 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris;
Lot 2: Boulogne – 46 quai Alphonse le Gallo – 92100 Boulogne Billancourt.
The deadline for submission of an offer is Wednesday 26th June 2019, 2pm (Paris time).
A presentation meeting for the call for tender will take place on Wednesday 24th April, 10am.
A visit of our premises will take place on Monday 6th May, 3pm (Paris time) at 46 Quai Alphonse le Gallo 92100 Boulogne Billancourt and then 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour signer un contrat pour des prestations de restauration (selfs, cafeterias, brasserie etc…).
Cet appel d’offres est décomposé en 2 lots distincts : • Lot 1 : La Muette (2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris); • Lot 2 : Boulogne (46 quai Alphonse le Gallo 92100).
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le mercredi 26 juin 2019 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).
Une réunion de présentation de l’appel d’offres se déroulera le mercredi 24 avril 2019 à 10h.
Une visite de nos locaux se déroulera le lundi 6 mai 2019 à 15h00 (heure de Paris) au 46 Quai Alphonse le Gallo puis au 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
