Provision of Catering Service

Item Description:

The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) is based at Westhafen Tower, Westhafenplatz 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main. At its premises, EIOPA has neither the staff nor the facilities to be able to provide catering services so it uses the services of external caterers to provide food and related services to meeting participants.

These terms of reference will become an integral part of the contract that may be awarded as a result of this tender procedure.

Each year, the work of EIOPA requires it to host a considerable number of events (meetings, seminars and conferences) with external stakeholders at its premises in Frankfurt am Main.
