Provision of Catering and Related Services for Administrative and Operational Meetings and Events organised in Malta and Gozo

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose

The objective of the concluded framework contract is to provide reliable and high-quality Catering and Related Services, during the Agency’s Events organised in Malta and Gozo. These services will be primarily provided at the Agency’s Premises but may be requested for other locations within Malta and Gozo, according to the Agenda for the Event.

These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Water in Bottles for Delegates in the Meeting Rooms
• Coffee Breaks
• Light Buffet Breakfast
• Light Buffet Lunches
• Upgraded Buffet Lunches
• Working Lunches to be served in the Meeting Rooms
• Finger Food Receptions
• Seated Plated Lunches/Dinners
• Seated Semi Plated Lunches/Dinners
• Upgraded Seated Plated Lunches/Dinners
• Welcome Drink Packages
• Beverage Packages
• Beer / Wine Packages
• Other Catering items for the Agency’s other events (Mainly internal/staff events) such as Fresh Fruit Pods, Yogurt, Individually wrapped Sandwiches and Wraps
• Chair Covers for VIP Events
• Assistance with the Rental of a Venue in Malta and Gozo for the provision of any of the Catering Services listed above
