Multiple framework contracts for the Organisation and management of events for the European Committee of the Regions

Item Description:

The Committee of the Regions (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their annexes.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to identify economic operators that could assist the CoR’s Directorate for Communication with— the organisation and management of its events, both on the CoR premises and in other locations in Brussels or elsewhere, and— support in the field of communication.
