Provision of General insurance services

Item Description:

Sealed Tenders are invited by the icddr,b from reputed service provider having at least 10 years of work experience in delivering General insurance services in UN agency, Embassy, large corporate house, International NGO, hospital/healthcare facility. Details terms and conditions of the tender are available in the RFP document.

Tender document will be available for sale at Finance Office, Level-4 of Main Building, icddr,b, Mohakhali, Dhaka from May 08, 2019 to May 28, 2019 from 10:00am to 2:00pm @ BDT 5,000/- per set (non-refundable). Interested Tenderers have to pay cash as mentioned above (non-refundable) for each tender document showing their business card. Pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2019 at 11:30 am at FM Conference Room, Level-4, Chiller Building, icddr,b, Dhaka. The tenderer must bring NID Card/Company Photo ID Card with him/her to attend the Pre-bid Meeting and for collection of Tender Document. Tender will be closed on May 29, 2019 at 1:45 pm and opened at 2:00 pm on the same day (in presence of icddr,b tender evaluation committee Members only). In case, tender cannot be received and opened on the scheduled date for any unavoidable circumstances, the same will be received and opened on the following working day at the same time and place.

icddr,b reserves the right to accept or reject all/part tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. This tender notice will also form a part of the contract and will be binding upon the tenderer.
