Provision of Maintenance, Support and Development Services for SharePoint Applications for the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators

Item Description:

The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (referred to below as ‘the Agency’ or the ‘Contracting Authority’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure.

The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The subject tender is for the Provision of maintenance, support and development services for SharePoint applications for the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators.

The Agency’s SharePoint applications

The Agency’s SharePoint applications mainly cover internal procedures in the fields of:

• HR management,
• Financial management,
• Transport management,
• Library management,
• Events management,
• Mission management,
• Contracts management including Memoranda of Understanding,
• Data Protection management,
• Performance Monitoring management,
• Visitors and deliveries management,
• Back-up of SharePoint applications management,
• Intranet.

Infrastructure

The Agency’s SharePoint applications are based on the following standard infrastructure:

• Clients: Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, with Office 2016 Professional Plus; Microsoft Edge.
• Networking: based on LAN and WAN technologies (TCP/IP Based), CISCO routers, switches and VPN; with access to the applications.
• Servers: based on Windows 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory Domain.
• The SharePoint applications of the Agency are based on:
  • Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2016 and 2019,
  • SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013,
  • SQL Server 2008 R2, 2016 and 2017,
  • InfoPath Designer 2010 and 2013.

Most of applications were developed internally, with exception of Visitor and deliveries management.
