Supply of materials, supply and installation of equipment for Southern Energy Station

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Construction of Shanghe Coal-Free Clean Heating Demonstration Subproject under “Air Quality Improvement in the Greater Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei Region-Shandong Clean Heating and Cooling Project”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the package named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Jinan Heating Group (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of materials, supply and installation of equipment for Southern Energy Station for Jinan Central Business District Regional Sub-project.

Open Competitive Bidding (OCB)-International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
