Design, Supply and Installation of Radar System including Civil Works for Radar Tower Building, Training and After-sale Services

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic o Maldives has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Enhancing Climate Resilience and Food Security Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Finance and Planning, on behalf of Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply and Installation of Radar System – including civil works for radar tower building, training and maintenance and repair services (“the Facilities”).

Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
