Provision of Forensic Audit Services

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies. It is the oldest among all the 15 specialised agencies of UN. The ITU allocates global radio spectrum and satellite orbits, develop the technical standards that ensure networks and technologies seamlessly interconnect, and strive to improve access to ICTs to underserved communities worldwide. The objectives of this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek qualified companies in order to provide forensic audit services to the ITU under the authority of the Internal Audit Unit and in accordance with ITU’s regulatory framework and other relevant guidelines applicable for Audits and Investigations.
