Procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables and Inspectors Equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Regional Upgrades of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures for Trade Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract G1: Procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables and Inspectors Equipment. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables and Inspectors Equipment for GASI laboratories located in Darkhan, Altanbulag and Zamiin-Uud and Veterinary diagnostic laboratories located in Dornogovi and Selenge provinces.

International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
