Item Description:
The European Union Intellectual Property Office (the “Office”) is planning to award a public contract for Provision of training services for the EUIPO. The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of various training courses, conferences, seminars, coaching and e-learning activities, as well as related educational and learning support material.
Lot 1: Intellectual Property (IP)
This lot relates to the design and delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) learning and training activities for the Office’s staff. These services include the provision of trainers, course materials and documentation, preparation and needs analysis and the post-delivery evaluation reports. The main purpose of this lot is to offer lectures of a high academic standard on a variety of topics of intellectual property law.
Lot 2: Soft Skills and Professional Knowledge
This lot relates to the design and delivery of training activities, i.e. training, coaching, off the shelf e-learning, blended learning, learning support material and conferences, to develop the soft skills and professional knowledge of the Office’s staff.

This invitation to tender is in no way binding on the Office. The Office‘s contractual obligation commences only upon signature of the Contract with the successful tenderer.
Up to the point of signature, the Office may either abandon the procurement or cancel the award procedure, without the tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation. This decision must be substantiated and the tenderers notified.
Submission of a tender implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender, including its annexes. We draw your attention on Article 22 – Checks and Audits – of the General Terms and Conditions of the Office.
Once the Office has opened a tender, the document shall become property of the Office and it shall be treated confidentially.
