Provision of construction of platform ,shed including supply and Installation of armoured cables at its Arusha Branch premises in Tanzania

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand delivery as indicated below.

The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

1. As a mandatory requirement for UN-IRMCT, before submitting an EOI, interested companies must be fully registered as a supplier on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org. Registration is free of charge. As you express interest in the planned solicitation by submitting your EOI, please verify that your Company is registered under its full legal name with the UN Secretariat on the UNGM. We encourage all companies to register at least to Level 1 under the UN Secretariat before participating in the solicitation.

2. Proof that the Company is registered for this requirement in UNGM under UN Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) 26121500 (Electrical wire) ,26121600 (Electrical cable and accessories) 25172406 (Fuel Tank )22000000 (Building and Construction Machinery and Accessories)

3. Proof/evidence of experience in the supply and installation of the electrical cables and earthing installation as well as in the construction services .Companies are to provide the below details of similar type/capacity projects:

3.1 Project Name
3.2 Description of the work and technical details
3.3 Client address and contact details (phone numbers & email) 4.4 Contract amount and duration

5. UN-IRMCT Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC .

6. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UN-IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your Company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

7. Responding to this Request interested firms must complete the following Vendor Response Form online or, if manually, return it with the requisite documents to the attention of the UN-IRMCT Procurement Unit at irmct-procurement@un.org; with fariala@un.org in copy.
