Provision of Oils and Lubricants for the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy

The United Nations Global Service Center (UNGSC) seeks an appropriately qualified vendor to establish a contract for the provision of Oils, Lubricants and Automotive consumables to the United Nations Global Service Center (UNGSC) in Brindisi (Italy) on an “as and when required” basis.

The Contract will have an initial duration of three (3) years, with the option to be extended for two (2) periods of one (1) year each, up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years.

Delivery Terms: Delivery at Place – DAP UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy.

The following list is a non-exhaustive example of the type of products required: Engine Oil 10W-40, Engine Oil 5W-30, Engine Oil 15W-40, Antifreeze Blue, Antifreeze Red, Hydraulic Oil ISO 46, Hydraulic Oil ISO 32/SAE W10, Hydraulic Oil ISO 68, etc.

Kindly note that the UN is exempt from direct tax and duty, including ACCISA.

The offered oils, lubricants and automotive consumables must comply with any of the following standards:

1. API-American Petroleum Institute
2. SAE-Society of Automotive Engineers
3. ACEA-European Automobile Manufacturers Association
4. ISO-International Organization for Standardization
5. and/or Vehicle/Equipment Manufacturers own standards
