Provision of Office Support Services

Description of services: The scope of services includes the provision of qualified and trained personnel to provide office support services at ESCAP New Delhi Office, including the supply of necessary tools/equipment required for the performance of services.

ESCAP New Delhi Office is comprising of the following two (2) offices:

• Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia & the Pacific (APCTT)
• ESCAP Subregional Office for South and South-West Asia (SRO-SSWA)

Location of ESCAP New Delhi Office: APCTT Building, C-2, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, India.

Contract duration: The contract shall have an initial period of two (2) years, with an extension option of three (3) years. An extension of the contract shall be at the UN’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, contractor’s performance, and contractual personnel’s performances.

Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation.

ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
