The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is an international financial institution that supports projects in over 30 countries, from Eastern Europe to central Asia and the southern and eastern Mediterranean. The EBRD is owned by 65 countries and two intergovernmental institutions, the European Union and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The EBRD has certain privileges and immunities such as exemption from Taxation, customs charges with all official correspondence being granted diplomatic immunities and privileges.

The purpose of this notice is to provide Consultants with the Minimum Requirements and RFP documentation for the Change Management and Workplace Consultancy Services tender for the EBRD HQ Project.

Only Consultants that answer “yes” to all questions relating to the Minimum Requirements and provide the requested documentation as evidence will have their Technical Proposals evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP). After evaluation of the proposals up to 5 (five) Consultants will be invited to present to the TEP and observers from the project team.

Please note Section 4.5.1 of the RFP which states how many copies of the submission are required.

If you have questions on any of the documents please submit them to the sole contact of this tender, Laura Arnold, by 17.00 on the 14^th August 2019, EBRD will respond to all Pre-Qualified Consultants by COB 15^thAugust 2019.
