Sustainability Consultancy Services, EBRD HQ project

Item Description:

The purpose of this notice is to provide Consultants with the Minimum Requirements and RFP documentation for the Sustainability Consultancy Services tender for the EBRD HQ Project.

Only Consultants that answer “yes” to all questions relating to the Minimum Requirements and provide the requested documentation as evidence will have their Technical Proposals evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP). After evaluation of the proposals up to 5 (five) Consultants will be invited to present to the TEP and observers from the project team.

Please note Section 4.5.1 of the RFP which states how many copies of the submission are required.

If you have questions on any of the documents please submit them to the sole contact of this tender, Laura Arnold, by 17.00 on the 21^st August 2019, EBRD will respond to all Pre-Qualified Consultants by COB 22^ndAugust 2019.
