The Bank has a requirement for the Audit of road works for the ‘Modernisation of the road network in Madagascar’ project. The services concern the implementation of the ‘Modernisation of the road network in Madagascar’ project. The services consist of various types of audits, including audits concerning the implementation of resettlement plans, implementation of environmental and social management plans, functioning of the project implementation structures, work quality and services performed, etc. The audits consist of verifying that the implementation is in accordance with the contractual documents. The services also include the final evaluation of the project.
