Item Description:
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of SAP consultancy service providers for Provision of Expertise’s Service for Patient Information System. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.
Brief Scope of Work
The Court seeks vendors who could provide the following services, but not limited to:
- SAP consultancy service providers to provide SAP business and application consultancy services to the Court for a period of one (1) year. The objective is to source one or more SAP consultancy partners to support some of the aforementioned modules and to provide experts to (help) implement business and system improvement initiatives.
- functional and technical expertise for SAP applications listed below:
- SAP Occupational Health – Patient Information System
- SAP Human Resources – Digital Personnel Files
- SAP Human Resources – Shift Planning
- SAP Usability –User Interface Fiori
- Knowledge gathering from the Court’s business process owners and SAP-team
- Delivering (SAP) functional and/or technical knowledge and expertise
- An experienced Mendix developer
The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document that will be sent to the firms who reacted to this EOI.
