Procurement of Equipment and Tools for Energy, Construction, Tourism and Service sectors

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project (TVET). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contracts named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than restriction arising from ITB 4.7.

The Project Administration Group (PAG) of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Equipment and Tools for Energy, Construction, Tourism and Service sectors (“the Goods”) with the following lots:

• Lot 1. Equipment and Tools for Housekeeping, Tailoring and Sewing, Repair of Household Equipment, Hairdressing and Cooking occupations;
• Lot 2. Equipment and Tools for Welding and Repair of Electrical Equipment occupations;
• Lot 3. Equipment and Tools for Mason, Plumber and High-voltage Electric Lines occupations

Delivery period is within 150 days from the Contract Signing Date.

Bidders may bid for one, combination, or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one (1) contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Sheet.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders without nationality restrictions.

Invitation for Bids
