Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Second Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth Project. A portion of this financing will be used for eligible payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Kep Landfill Improvements.
The works consists mainly as follows:
- 2.1 Km of Reinforced Concrete Road and Drainage
- Excavate and construct four (4) cells with a combined estimated footprint of 68 000 m2 and a capacity of about 600,000 to 700,000 m3, Installation of HDPE liner and landfill gas systems
- Concrete and steel structures in buildings including a small materials recovery facility
International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
