Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of procurement of vehicles, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Vehicles Model 2020.
A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders via email at mnujumi@iom.int / aalnur@iom.int.
Bids shall be valid for a period of Thirty days (30cd) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than Two and a half percent (2.5%) of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of letter of credit from a reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered to the BEAC via email at mnujumi@iom.int / izaidi@iom.int on Thursday 14th November 2019 .
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the above Gerief West [Manshiya], House No.1/38, Block G, P.O. Box 8322 Khartoum, Sudan, Sunday 17th November 2019.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
