Provision of Development, Maintenance, and Support Services for the Java applications for the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators

Item Description:

The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (referred to below as ‘the Agency’ or the ‘Contracting Authority’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Objective of the Contract

The Agency intends to conclude a single FWC (hereinafter referred as the ‘FWC’) according to which the selected Contractor (hereinafter referred as the ‘Contractor’) shall provide the Agency with development, maintenance, and support services for Java applications to create, manage and further improve the Agency’s IT applications which execute vital electronic processes required for i) the execution of Agency’s tasks and ii) the strengthening of the overall communication and cooperation with National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs), Transmission System Operators (TSOs), at any level.

Subject of the Contract

The subject of the FWC is the provision of development, maintenance, and support services for Java applications, which shall include as a minimum:

• development of new web-based applications,
• maintenance of newly developed and existing applications; and
• support of newly developed and existing applications.
