Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites proposals for one survey provider to administer the 2020 wave of the “Risk that Matter” survey, collect microdata, and exclusively share that microdata with the OECD.
The successful candidate will have the possibility to sign a framework contract that could be extended twice for durations of 1 year upon satisfaction of the project team.
The Risks that Matter (RtM) survey explores people’s perceptions of the social and economic risks they face and how well they feel their government responds to those risks.
The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Monday 30 September 2019, 2pm (Paris time)

L’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) sollicite des propositions en vue de sélectionner un prestataire pour la gestion de l’édition 2020 de l’enquête « Risk that Matter », pour récolter microdonnées et pour partager exclusivement ces microdonnées avec l’OCDE.
Le candidat retenu aura la possibilité de signer un contrat-cadre qui pourrait être prolongé deux fois pour une durée d’un an à la satisfaction de l’équipe du projet.
L’enquête Risks that Matter (RtM)2 explore la perception qu’ont les gens des risques sociaux et économiques auxquels ils sont confrontés et comment ils estiment que leur gouvernement réagit à ces risques.
La date limite de réception des offres est le lundi 30 Septembre 2019 à 14 heures (heure de Paris).
