Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, according to their specialties, to sign contracts for mail sorting and, transporting and delivering paper in the OECD offices.
This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Delivery of mail, parcels and paper from the OECD headquarters, La Muette to its annexes as well as to the Permanent Delegations and other International Organisations;
- Lot 2: Sorting and distribution of parcels, letters, reams of paper and occasionally toner cartridges at the two main sites of the Organization (La Muette and Boulogne).
Each lot is divided into 3 options.
The deadline to submit an offer is Friday 18th October 2019, 3pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance un appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs Prestataires pour signer des contrats pour des services de Tri et transport du courrier et de papier dans les locaux OCDE.
Cet appel d’offres est décomposé en 2 lots distincts:
- Lot 1: Acheminement des plis, colis et du papier du siège de l’OCDE, La Muette vers ses annexes ainsi que vers les Délégations Permanentes et d’autres Organisations Internationales;
- Lot 2: Tri et distribution des plis, colis, courriers, ramettes de papier et de certaines cartouches de toner dans les deux sites principaux de l’Organisation (La Muette et Boulogne).
Chaque lot est décliné en 3 options.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le vendredi 18 octobre 2019 à 15h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
