Mail and parcels sorting and transport service provider

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching a Call for Tenders to source a mail and parcels sorting and transport service provider in the OECD premises.

The service is divided as follow:

• Dispatch of internal mails, parcels, external mails, paper reams and printers’ consumables from the OECD head quarter (La Muette – Paris, 16th) to its annexes as well as to the Permanent Delegations and other International Organisations offices;
• Sorting and transport of internal mails, parcels, external mails, paper reams and printers’ consumables within the OECD premises in Paris (La Muette – Paris, 16th) and Boulogne.

The deadline for submission of offers is Monday, January 2nd 2023, 06:00pm (Paris time)

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
