Provision of Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO)

The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for:

The long term supply of fuel and associated services in support of the the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO).

Description of requirement:

The primary aim is to enter into a long-term fuel contract, which, inter-alia will include the provision of Jet A- 1, Diesel, Petrol, Kerosene and Oils and Lubricants to MONUSCO at locations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda.

The requirements entail the use of commercial facilities, as well as the establishment and operation of MONUSCO dedicated fuel sites, storage and maintenance of fuel reserves, provision of oil and lubricants, into aircraft, vehicle and generator refueling services, bulk delivery services and establishment of a quality control programme.

The requirement could be split in bidding options covering type of services (commercial into plane refueling, commercial ground fuel station, dedicated fuel distribution points, …), group of products (Aviation fuel, Ground fuels) and Countries (DRC, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda).

Split award with the possibility of regroupment.
