Provision of Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization MIssion in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA)

The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for:

The long term supply of fuel and associated services in support of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization MIssion in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).

Description of requirement:

The primary aim is to enter into a long-term fuel contract, which, inter-alia will include the provision of Jet A-1, Diesel, Gasoline, and Oils and Lubricants to MINUSCA at locations in Central African Republic (CAR). The requirements include: the establishment and/or operation of turnkey fuel sites, sourcing and transportation of POL products, storage and establishing and/or maintenance of fuel reserves, into-plane refueling operations, into vehicle refueling, generator refueling services, and bulk delivery services, and the establishment of a quality assurance/control (QA/QC) programs, and may entail the use of commercial facilities in and/or outside CAR.
