Provision of Fuel and Associated Services

The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for the long term supply of fuel and associated services in support of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS).

Description of requirement:

The primary aim is to enter into a long-term fuel contract, which, inter-alia will include the provision of Jet A1, Diesel, Gasoline and Oils and Lubricants to UNMISS at Mission’s locations in South Sudan.

The requirements entail the establishment of fuel supply chain from source to end user, mobilization and operation of UNMISS turnkey fuel sites, storage and maintenance of fuel reserves and fuel facilities (including mobilization of new facilities), provision of oil and lubricants, delivery / dispensing fuel into aircraft, into vehicle, generator refueling services and bulk delivery services including the establishment of a fuel quality assurance, fuel reporting and control programme. The use of commercial services might be required from Kenya.
