Provision of Fuel and Associated Services

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

Please submit your response to the below pre-qualification requirements via email to Kristel Kadak-Rahman at kadak-rahman@un.org and Isabelle Dupuy at dupuy@un.org :

1. Proof that the bidder has experience delivering fuel somewhere in the world (e.g. copy of valid fuel service license in the country of the solicitation or any other country, copy of audited financial statements where the activity of delivering fuel services is explicitly mentioned, etc.) or a copy of an agreement with a subsupplier that has proven experience delivering fuel, alongside the corresponding proof for the sub-supplier. Please provide the proof relevant to the option that you are applying for. If you are intending to bid for Turnkey or all options, please provide proof for both types of fuel.

2. Proof of annual turnover/revenue of minimum US$ 89 million for Option 1 (East DRC, Turnkey) (e.g. copy of the the audited financial statements for the past 3 years). The minimum turnover/revenue requirement is US$16 Million for Option 2 (West DRC, Jet A-1) and US$ 6 Million for Option 3 (West DRC, Ground Fuel).

In the event that the Company answering the EOI cannot pass this requirement, the financial statements of its parent company may be used for the evaluation of this criterion. However, in such case, the parent company will be required to furnish a parent company guarantee in the event of award.

Important Note: Bidders can submit their responses to this EOI electronically however, response to the above prequalification questions must be submitted via email before the closing of the EOI.
