Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts for Iveco and Coelmo Generators and Generator Batteries

Vendors/Companies interested in this published REOI should submit the following documentation on or before 02 October 2019. Only those those companies that submit at least two (2) letters of reference (Purchase Orders/Contract). Failure to submit references letters will not qualify your company to participate in this solicitation.

1. Provide completed Vendor Response Form attached to this REOI.
2. Provide proof (copies of purchase orders, contracts or recommendation letters) of having supplied similar items (Generator Spare Parts) in the past five (5) years – at least two (2) supplies.
3. Expression of Interest not addressing the above special requirements to the satisfaction of MINUSCA shall not be considered for the invitation to bid.
4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
