Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Urban Public and Environmental Health Sector Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Urban Public and Environmental Health Sector Development Project under Local Government Division (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of for the Supply of Vehicles for Solid Waste Management.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
