Provision of Level 3 Medical Services for MINUJUSTH, Log Base, Port-au-Prince

The United Nations has a requirement for qualified service providers who have a proven track record in Providing Level 3 Hospital services, to support its operational requirements on “as and when required” basis, for the United Nations Mission for Justice Support in Haiti (MINUJUSTH), a Subsidiary Organ of the United Nations.

Description of Service

The Level 3 hospital will comprise a general hospital facility that provides emergency medical services, outpatient specialist services, in-patient ward facility including intensive care unit, diagnostic and treatment facilities, as elaborated below to the United Nations Staff.

The Services shall be provided to Military &Civilian Police (Uniformed Components) upon Referral Note issued by MINUJUSTH Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and for such service, the Hospital shall invoice to and paid by MINUJUSTH.

The Hospital shall be required to provide services to individual MINUJUSTH Civilian Staff and payment for services shall be made either directly from the Civilian Staff Member or through individual staff member’s medical insurance service provider such as Van Breda International or Cigna among others in accordance with the Hospital and the insurance company policy.

The Hospital shall be required to reserve sufficient beds/wards for MINUJUSTH -personnel at no additional cost guarantee availability of beds/wards at any given time.
