Provision of Level 3 Medical Services for BINUH

1.2.4 The Hospital shall be required to reserve sufficient beds/wards for BINUH -personnel at no additional cost guarantee availability of beds/wards at any given time.

1.2.5 The Hospital be close to Haiti, preferably located in a neighboring country within a 2-hour flight radius from Port -Au- Prince.

2. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

• United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. 3 below)
• Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.);

3. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: http://www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.).

4. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. BINUH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
