Construction of intelligent glass greenhouses in the agricultural IOT application demonstration base

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Gansu Internet-Plus Agriculture Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Lanzhou New District Land Assets Investment and Management Limited Company (“the Employer”), invites sealed bid from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Construction of intelligent glass greenhouses in the agricultural IOT application demonstration base (“the Facilities”).

Open competitive bidding – International advertising will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: One Envelope Bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
