Provision of an Advanced Case Management System (e-CMS) for the EIB Group

Item Description:

The European Investment Bank Group (EIB Group) consists of the European Investment Bank (EIB or the Bank) and the European Investment Fund (EIF).

For the purposes of this call for tender, the EIB Group is represented by the EIB.

The objective of this call for tenders is to award a framework agreement to a single service provider for the provision of an Advanced Case Management System (e-CMS) for the EIB Group: software, implementation (including associated licenses), maintenance, support, training and related services.

Brief description of the required services/supplies

The Bank requires the software acquisition, implementation (including associated licenses), maintenance, support, training and related services of an Advanced Case Management System (e-CMS) for the benefit of the EIB Group. A more detailed description of requirements is included in Annex A herein.
