Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of FATA Water Resources Development Project (FWRDP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named hereunder. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Project Management Unit, FATA Water Resources Development Project, Directorate of Projects, Merged Areas, Peshawar (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the following works:
- NCB-15/PMU-FWRDP: Construction of Tabai Small Dam, District Khyber
- NCB-16/PMU-FWRDP: Construction of Barkas Small Dam, District Khyber.
National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
