Procurement of Water Quality Checking Equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (hereinafter called “ADB”) toward the cost of the Water Sector Investment Program – Tranche 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Quang Nam Water Draining Supplying Joint Stock Company(“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Package QN-GD01: Procurement of Water Quality Checking Equipment (“the Goods”) with the following details:

Project Location: Dien Ban Town and Nui Thanh District

Implementation Duration is 90 days (according to the contents of the Bidding Documents), main tasks are as follows:

• For Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc Water Plant
  • Supplying water quality checking equipment
  • Set of PH, residual chlorine, turbidity meter
  • Flowmeter
• For Tam Hiep Water Plant
  • Supplying water quality checking equipment
  • Set of PH, residual chlorine, turbidity meter
  • Flowmeter
  • Automation and Scada

National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
