Provision of Global Travel Management Service

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) solicits proposals from travel management companies to provide Global Travel Management Services including air, train and boat travel reservations, ticketing, visa processing, as well as related advisory and reporting services at its Headquarters offices in Rome and to its Country Offices (ICOs).
The selected company shall provide all personnel, equipment, systems, technology, integration with IFAD’s systems, materials, supervision, client account management, as well as all other items and services necessary to perform comprehensive services. Bidders are hereby informed that other United Nations agencies, based in Rome or elsewhere, may at their discretion avail of the benefits of any contract resulting from this RFP.

The provider will be required to implement a program responding to IFAD requirements in terms of customer service, costs savings and policy compliance.
