Item Description:
The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”, “Agency” or “eu-LISA”) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the abovementioned procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the Contract Notice, the Invitation Letter, the Draft Contract and the Tender Specifications with their respective Annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Subject of this call for tenders
The subject of this call for tenders is the acquisition of services for administrative inquiries for eu-LISA. In particular, the scope of this call for tenders is the provision of services of investigative and administrative inquiries to the Agency, in accordance with the Annex IX ‘Disciplinary Proceedings’ to the Staff Regulations and the Decision No 2022-081 of 24 March 2022 of the Management Board of eu-LISA laying down general implementing provisions on the conduct of administrative inquiries and disciplinary proceedings, which are carried out in order to ascertain the facts and assess whether any misconduct has occurred.
