Inspection, Maintenance and Repair services of Paint Booth, Ventilation, Dehumidification and Exhaust Gas Extractor systems and Provision, Installation, Removal and Reinstallation of Air conditioners at UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) requires a Long-Term Contract for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair services of Paint Booth, Ventilation, Dehumidification and Exhaust Gas Extractor systems and Provision, Installation, Removal and Reinstallation of Air conditioners at UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy.

Specifically, the contract shall be composed by two parts:

Part 1: Inspection, Maintenance and Repair services of Paint booth, Ventilation, Dehumidification and Exhaust Gas Extractor systems;

Part 2: Provision, Installation, Removal and Reinstallation of Split and Portable Air Conditioners.

The UNGSC reserves the right to recommend split award between two Contractors for Part 1 and 2, and the contractor will also be allowed to subcontract all or part the services related to the two mentioned Parts.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary material, tools, equipment, services, labor, and vehicles required for this project, and will be responsible for providing all that is necessary to fulfill its contractual obligations, including all submittals and certifications.

Qualifications:

Companies participating in this bidding exercise shall be registered at the Chamber of Commerce business registry under letter C of the Art. 1 of the Italian law No. 37, dated 22/01/2008: heating, air conditioning, air conditioning and refrigeration systems of any nature or species, including works needed for the evacuate the products of combustion and condensation, and ventilation and aeration of the premises.

The Company shall also be registered at the National electronic register of certified persons and companies (“Registro telematico nazionale delle persone e delle imprese certificate”) as per D.P.R. n. 146 dated 16 November 2018.
