Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of DTP/Prepress (multimedia services), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified suppliers for the Provision of Unlimited Digital Assets, video and audio (still clips), access to video and audio bank(s) and similar video and audio services.
The DTP/Prepress (multimedia services) produces several video with audio feature stories on a daily basis, which all require video and audio clips. UNOG therefore seeks a variety of video and audio clips depicting news, current affairs, economic, social and human rights issues, as well as conflict situations, hard news, civil and political issues from a wide geographical area, including environmental subjects to be used for the development of UNOG communication on video channels, website and social media platforms. The UNOG DTP/Prepress (multimedia services) may need approximately 200 video/audio clips per year.
UNOG intends to award a contract to the successful vendor for a period of one (1) year with possibility of extension for two additional consecutive one-year periods (1+1+1), at UN option. Vendors should also note that the UNOG is tax exempt.
