Item Description:
The European Banking Authority (referred to below as the “contracting authority”) is planning to award a framework contract with one service provider resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents for this procedure consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes.
The documents were drafted in English and a French translation of each document has been made available to potential tenderers. The authentic versions of the procurement documents are the English versions and in case of inconsistencies between the English and French versions, the English ones shall prevail.
