Item Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: Act as the Secretariat of the WHO European Healthy Cities Networks from 2017 – 2018.
The Secretariat is not an independent system but an integral facilitator working alongside the Unit responsible for the HCN based at the Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen. The outsourced Secretariat has been put in place to support the management and coordination of the WHO Healthy Cities Networks.
