Item Description:
The European Parliament is looking for concessionaires (legal basis: Regulation 2018/1046) to operate collective catering services in its buildings in Luxembourg, for the account and at the commercial risk of the concessionaire. Concessionaires will not pay a fee.
Lot 1: Restaurant on level 01 (ground floor) of the central gallery of the Adenauer building
Operation of the points of sale:— Adenauer self-service (720 seats),— event activity.
Lot 2: Catering in the Schuman building
Operation of the points of sale:— Schuman self-service (250 seats),— event activity.
Lot 3: Restaurant-cafeteria on level 02 (upper floor) of the central gallery of the Adenauer building
Operation of sales outlets:— Adenauer cafeteria (100 seats),— event activity.
Lot 4: Drinks and food vending machines
Operation of a stock of between 70 and 100 vending machines for hot and cold beverages and foodstuffs in all Parliament buildings.
