Refurbishment of the Majuro Fuel Tank Farm

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands is applying for a Grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Energy Security Project. Part of this Grant will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Marshalls Energy Company Inc, (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the refurbishment of the Majuro Fuel Tank Farm (“the Works”).

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure for a plant (design, supply and installation) and is open to all eligible Bidders as listed in the Bidding Documents.
