Refurbishment of the Entrance of EMSA’s Building

Item Description:

The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The main purposes of the refurbishment are to separate the reception front desk and the security guards’ room, to reorganise the functionality of the main entrance hall, and to replace the existing barriers and access control turnstiles with ‘metro’ type access gates, including also all additional adaptations. Apart from the main refurbishment, the scope of the contract foresees also some extensions and adaptations of existing technical installations.
