Provision of Assistance with Staff Selection Procedures

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from this procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The overall objectives of the contract resulting from this procedure are:— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance to the EU bodies in relation to selection procedures for different types of job profiles and levels (e.g. senior managers, middle managers, team leaders, officers, assistants),— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance in organising Assessment Centres,— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance in psychometric testing (personality, ability and knowledge),— ad-hoc consultancy.
