Provision of Travel Arrangement Services

The European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training – CEPOL, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of this procurement

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a single framework contract with a travel agency with extensive and proven experience, able to provide the travel arrangement and related event organisation services and handle the volume of services as detailed in the tender specifications.Travel will take place mainly in Europe and in CEPOL partner countries outside the EU (in the neighbourhood region – North Africa, Middle East, Western Balkans, Eastern Europe) however services to other destinations might be required as well.
